The purpose of the medical ID is to let any medical provider know of the condition you have even if you are not able to communicate it yourself. This can be life-saving because you will be able to receive quick treatment that is suitable for your condition.

Can medical alert jewelry be fashionable?

In fact, your medical alert jewelry can be a fashion statement. Just as you would with regular jewelry, you can have a few different medical alert bracelets or pendants, and change them to suit your outfit or mood. In this way, your medical ID will be something you will love to wear!

I don't have any health problems, can I still buy your jewelry?

Of course! All our jewels can be engraved without the medical logo, allowing you to customize them to your taste.
The engraving will always be free.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Where do you ship from?

We are based in beautiful Montreal, Canada! All orders are shipped by me from my small office. Standard orders to Canada and the US will never have duties. All international orders are subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for.

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! We offer FREE shipping to Canada and the US on all orders over $65 CAD after discounts and promo codes.
Free shipping is not currently available to destinations outside of Canada and the US.

When will my order ship?

All personalized medical alert jewelry, custom jewelry and accessories are made to order at the time of purchase. The estimated dispatch date will be indicated on each product page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.

When will my order arrive?

CANADA POST has released a statement about delayed packages - view it here.

The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location. Shipping times are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays.

Canada: 3-8 business days
United States: 4-6 business days
International: 10-24 business days

For more accurate information on when your package will arrive, refer to your tracking number. Please allow a few days for it to register.

My order arrived but I haven't received anything

If your tracking number indicates that your package has arrived but you have not received anything, we suggest that you proceed as follows:

  • Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
  • Search for a delivery attempt
  • Check your zone in case it is stored in a hidden area.
  • Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence has accepted it.
  • Allow an additional 1-2 days - in rare cases, orders have been marked as delivered before they actually arrive.

How can I return an item?

We are happy to exchange or refund non-personalized purchases that are returned within 15 days of purchase, product must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We love that you're gifting our pieces! Your order will automatically include a pouch for gifting. You can also ship a package directly to the recipient. Just enter their information in the shipping address upon checkout. We love surprises!

How should I care for my medical alert jewelry?

To keep your pieces sparkly and minimize signs of wear, avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, lotions and perspiration. Treat your medical alert jewelry with love and care, and they'll keep sparkling for you!
